The 12twenty Academy allows you to create, edit, and re-open tickets directly through the platform.

Log-In or Create a 12twenty Academy Account

1. Please Create a 12twenty Academy Account or Log-In to your existing account
   
   
2. Follow the steps to:
   • Create a New Ticket
   • Edit an Existing Ticket

Creating a New Ticket

1. Follow the instructions to log-in or create a 12twenty Academy account
   
   
2. Select Submit a Request
   
   
3. Make a "How can we help?" selection
   
   
4. Fill out the required and optional fields
   
   
5. Add necessary details
   
   
   
6. Add or drop a file into the attachment section
   
   
   
7. Submit

Adding Information to an Existing Ticket

1. Follow the instructions to log-in or create a 12twenty Academy account
   
   
2. Select your initial in the top right-hand corner
   
   
3. Choose "My Activities" from the dropdown menu
   
   
4. Select the relevant ticket
   
   
5. Add necessary details
   
   
   
6. Add or drop a file into the attachment section
   
   
   
7. Submit
