Ready to use your 12twenty's In-App Video platform for an event or interview? Let's get you started.
Prepare Your Device
- Restart your computer ahead of your Virtual Event or Interview
Restarting your computer will help your computer run as best as possible and help improve your connection. Additionally, it is an opportunity to update your computer's software and operating system. - Disable or disconnect your VPN
If you are using a VPN (Virtual Private Network), please be sure to disconnect. This will help resolve any connection issues. - Ensure you have the strongest internet connection possible
Sitting closer to your router or connecting directly to an ethernet cable will provide you the strongest connection. You can test your internet speed with a variety of services like Speedtest by Ookla. - Use the latest version of Chrome
Select the three-dot action button at the top right side of your browser. Hover over the "Help" option and select "About Chrome" to be redirected to the settings page. If your page says "Google Chrome is up to date," you are good to go -- otherwise, please update to the latest version. - Close any unnecessary tabs, browser windows, and other programs
Please close anything you don't need! This reduces the strain on your computer and will help increase your connection speed. - Get to know In-App Video
Your meeting will load with your schedule on the left side of the screen and your video meeting controls on the right.
