Live Captions for 12twenty Video

12twenty Video uses Chrome's built-in accessibility functionality to provide users with Live Captions for all Events and Interviews. Please follow the steps below to enable Live Captions for your virtual meeting.

Enable Live Captions in Chrome

  1. Open Chrome and select the three-dot action button and select Settings
  2. Select Accesibility from the menu on the left
  3. Turn on "Live Caption" and select your preferred language

Are there any additional controls for Live Captions?
Yes, there are additional controls like color, font, and size that may be available. It is dependent on your operating system; so, please be sure to review the configuration settings for your computer. 

 

I enabled Live Captions but they are not showing up.
You may need to quit and restart Chrome. If that does not resolve the issue, you may need to restart your computer.
