OCI with Bidding

On-Campus Interviews (OCI) on 12twenty supports bidding for applicants.

Bidding configuration requires a separate set of OCI Periods to enable this behavior. This resource will guide you through configuration, management, and the student and employer experience for OCIs using bidding.

Admin Configuration

University administrators must first ensure their OCI settings are correctly configured. This involves:

  1. Site Settings: Accessed via Site Management > Site Settings > OCI and Job Listings > General. Admins can configure general OCI settings, including default OCI settings, notification messages, and period configurations. Ensure your periods have the relevant bidding permissions set to 'Yes':

  2. Bidding Settings: Accessed via Site Management > Site Settings > OCI and Job Listings > Biding Settings. Admins can allocate points for students per graduation class under the Bidding Settings tab.

  3. OCI Rounds: Accessed via Site Management > Site Settings > OCI and Job Listings > OCI Settings. New rounds can be added, existing ones managed, and old rounds archived for a cleaner interface.

  4. Attributes: Configure the attributes displayed on OCI landing pages and their values.

  5. Picklists: Accessed via Site Management > Site Settings > OCI and Job Listings > Picklists. Manage attribute options by adding or removing values as needed.
  6. Notifications: Customize and enable notifications throughout the OCI module.

Employer Experience

Employers can register for a new OCI, specifying preferences for dates and times and providing job posting details and application document requirements. Once submitted, university admins receive notifications to review and approve these registrations.

Student Experience

Students can view OCI job listings, apply by bidding points, and upload necessary documents. They can track their bid history and available points. After bidding, students can view interview offers and make decisions directly through the interface.

Managing Applications and Interviews

University admins can view student applicants, manage interview extensions, and make decisions on interview offers. The schedule tab provides a comprehensive view of the final schedule, allowing admins to assign students to time slots as needed.
