Preparing the Interview Link
For the Interview Link to be sent correctly, the following criteria must be met:
- A virtual schedule is created and 12twenty Video is selected
- Interviewers are assigned to the schedule
Sending the Interview Link
Once the OCI is set up to send the Interview Link, you can select "Schedule Actions" > Send Interview Link. The Interview Link can be resent as many times as needed.
FAQs
Where can I find the Interview Link for the employer after it is sent?
You can find this by going to Email Activity, locating the email sent to the interviewer, and selecting the email. The email will contain a link to the job posting (which you must be logged in to view), the interview times, the link to the interview experience page, and links to add the interview to your Google or Outlook calendar. Click the link highlighted in pink below to access the Interview Experience page. Please note: The Interview link can only be accessed from this email. Scheduled interviews will only show on the Interview Experience page on the day of the interview.
Help! The employer hit a log-in window when trying to access their interview! What do I do?
This can occur if the employer is accessing the wrong link. Please check the URL to ensure it is correct. The URL should not contain .admin. and it should not direct employers to the job posting. Please ensure the Interview Link email has been sent. You can follow the instructions in the previous FAQ to access the correct interview link.
Can employers view the interviews from the Interview Experience page at any time?
No, the interviews will only be visible to the interviewers from the Interview Experience page on the day of the interview.
Can employers share an Interview Link?
No, Interview Links are unique to the user. The admin should add both interviewers to the schedule so that they can each receive a unique link.
Does the Interview Experience page update automatically when the schedule is changed?
If the Interview Experience page is already open, the interviewer may need to refresh the page to see the changes.
Can the Interview Link be sent in bulk from OCI Management?
Yes, it can! To send the Interview Link in bulk from OCI Management, ensure the following criteria are met:
- Mark as virtual and add the In-App Video link
- Assign Interviewers to a schedule
- Assign Students
- Release the schedule
