How to make a resume book Inactive
- Navigate to the "Resume Books" tab
- Select the Resume Book you'd like to archive
- Select the "Action" button
- Select "Archive"
When a resume book is in the ‘Archived’ state, it will display an "Archived" tag.
Visibility Settings for Archived Resume Books
If the Employer Visibility Settings are enabled:
- Employer users are able to view the Resume Book Details tab as well as the names of the student applicants in the Resumes tab, but access to viewing and downloading student resumes is disabled.
If the Employer Visibility Settings are disabled:
- Employer users are not able to view the Resume Book.
If the “Are students able to download and view resume applicants once it is published and archived” Administrative Setting is enabled:
- Student users are able to view and download all resumes
If the “Are students able to download and view resume applicants once it is published and archived” Administrative Setting is not enabled:
- Student users are able to view the Resume Book Details page, but will not be able to view and download student resumes.

A: At this time, 12Twenty does not offer a way to move archived resume books from the administrative dashboard.
