How to Create a Support Ticket & Response Time
There are two ways to create a support ticket:

Email us directly at Support@12Twenty.com and a ticket will be automatically created.

Contact us via the 12twenty App (instructions below)
Response Time: We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during normal business hours, and critical inquiries during off hours within 4 hours.
Getting Help Via the 12twenty App
You can access support from your career center's 12twenty interface. If at any time you are using the site and need assistance, select "Help & Support" on the left navigation panel.
You will then have the option of contacting your university career center site administrator, emailing Support@12Twenty.com, or accessing our 12twenty Academy.
12Twenty Academy Overview
You can use the search bar at the top of the 12twenty Academy homepage to look for articles and instructional videos we've published to help you navigate various modules and troubleshoot common issues.
If you scroll down the homepage, you can also submit a new ticket using the "Submit a Request" button, check the status of current tickets with "My Tickets", search for instructional videos with "Training Videos," read through our latest updates with "Release Notes," and check for incident communication and platform status at any time with "Platform Status."
