How to Create a Support Ticket
There are two ways to create a support ticket:
- Email us directly at Support@12Twenty.com and a ticket will be automatically created
- Submit a ticket using our form
Getting Help via the 12Twenty App
We've added a support button to the Career Center user's page. If at any time you are using the site and have a question, concern or want to provide us with feedback, select "Help & Support" followed by "Contact" on the left navigation panel. You will then have the option of emailing Support@12Twenty.com or searching through our knowledge base articles specifically designed to answer FAQs.
