How to Create a Support Ticket

There are two ways to create a support ticket:

  1. Email us directly at and a ticket will be automatically created
  2. Submit a ticket using our form

Getting Help via the 12Twenty App


We've added a support button to the Career Center user's page. If at any time you are using the site and have a question, concern or want to provide us with feedback, select "Help & Support" followed by "Contact" on the left navigation panel. You will then have the option of emailing or searching through our knowledge base articles specifically designed to answer FAQs.
