  •
  1. The student will now have a No Information Available outcome listed on the Jobs and Job Offers tab of their profile.

  • To Edit, Delete, Add Outcome Note, Exclude From Reporting, or View the Outcome Audit Log, select the ellipsis icon of the Unreported outcome, then select the desired action.

Updating a 'No Information Available' Outcome

If you have initially reported a 'No Information Available' outcome for a student, and later receive updated information about their new job, you should exclude the 'No Information Available' outcome from reporting and only include the new, correct outcome. When editing an existing outcome to reflect a new job, you should create a new outcome record rather than modifying the previous one. This ensures that all historical employment data is accurately captured. Be sure to include any relevant notes about the changes made to the student's employment information by adding an Outcome Note
