How to set the number of interviews employers can extend

The number of interviews an employer may extend to students is defined as the “# of Total Interview Slots” indicated in the Career Center Administrator section of the Job Posting, or the number of total time slots created on the Schedule tab of the OCI, whichever is greater.

  •  Note: If an OCI has linked job postings, the number of interviews that may be extended will be determined by the “# of Total Interview Slots” indicated in the Career Center Administrator section of each individual Job Posting. Therefore, admins should be sure to specify a number in this field (do not leave as 0), for each linked job posting.
