Reporting Site Settings

To navigate to the Reporting Site Settings page:

 1. Select Settings from the left hand navigation panel and select “Site Settings” 

 


2. Select “Reporting” under “Outcome Data and Analytics”.


Reporting Options for Unreported Search Intentions: Controls how unreported students are categorized.

 

  • Unreported Students - Not Yet Signed Up: Refers to the students that have not reported an outcome and have not signed up for 12Twenty. Admins can select the dropdown menu to report these individuals as “Unreported Search Intentions” or default them to “Seeking Employment” status.
  • Unreported Students - Already Signed Up: Refers to the students that have not reported an outcome and have signed up for 12Twenty. Admins can select the dropdown menu to report these individuals as “Unreported Search Intentions” or default them to “Seeking Employment” status.

Reporting Options: Controls which outcomes are included in Standard Reports.

  • Include Unapproved Jobs in reporting, metrics, admin tools and student tools: Admins can check the box to allow Unapproved Job Outcomes to be included in reporting. Unchecking the box excludes Unapproved Jobs from reporting.
  • Include Rumor Jobs in Reporting: Admins can check the box to include Rumor Job Outcomes entered by admin users on behalf of the student, to be included in reporting. Unchecking the box excludes Rumor Job Outcomes from reporting. Click here to learn more about rumor jobs.
  • Include Exchange Students in Reporting: Admins can check the box to include the Job Outcomes reported by exchange students in reporting. Unchecking the box excludes exchange student Job Outcomes from reporting.
