University Admins - ODA Access Site Settings

The ODA Access Setting: Determines which data is available to students via the Research Tools module.

 

To navigate to the ODA Access Site Settings:

  1. Select "Settings" then "Site Settings"


 

  1. Select "ODA Access" under Outcome Data Analytics, and select a "Program".


 

  1. If you want to edit the visibility of a specific Graduation Class’s data in Research Tools, select “Edit” next to the appropriate Graduation Class. 

  • For example: If you are ready to release the 2018 Graduation Class’s outcome data to be visible in Research Tools to students, select “Edit” next to the 2018 Graduation Class.


 

  • Check the appropriate boxes to make the data visible to students and select “Save”.
