This article covers how Supervisors submit their initial approval of an Experience Learning record.
When an experience is submitted for initial or final approval, the supervisor will receive the "New EL experience for initial approval" or "New EL experience for final approval" email notification. The email will include a link to the approval page. The link does not require a 12Twenty account to access the page.
On the approval page, the supervisor may review the experience as well as the Hour Log before choosing to Approve, Reject, or mark the experience as Needs More Information. The Supervisor Policy will be displayed at the top of the page.
After selecting Approve, the supervisor is asked for an e-signature. Select "Approve" to confirm.
