How do I sign up?
There are two ways to sign up to 12twenty, either from a University Career Center Platform (https://{schoolinstancename}.12twenty.com/hire) or from 12twenty for employers https://employer.12twenty.com/hire.

From a University Career Center Platform
To sign up for an account on a specific university platform, reach out to the public email address for the school whose platform you'd like to join, or submit a Support ticket, and our team can provide you the correct URL. - From 12Twenty for Employers
- To sign up for an account on our Employer Portal, navigate to https://employer.12twenty.com/hire, select "sign up for an account", and fill out the form on the next page.
How to Determine the Difference from the Sign-Up Form
Employer Site
Our 12Twenty for Employers site says "Welcome to 12Twenty!" on the sign-up form
School Instance
University sign-up pages will welcome you to that school specifically. Additionally, you'll notice differences in the URL you're visiting.
Filling out the From
Fill out the Employer sign-up form, including all required fields (indicated by an asterisk). If you miss any required fields on the form, it will be indicated by a red box. Make sure you check the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Once all required fields of the form are complete select "Create Account." If you've correctly filled out the form, you will receive a pop-up message to input a verification code.
Please note:
- 12Twenty requires that passwords be at least 10 characters long, have at least one upper and lowercase letter, include at least one number, and have at least one special character. Once your account is active, you can always reset your password in account settings.
- You will need to enter your company's address. In the City field specifically, US addresses are formatted as "City - State" and will provide drop-down options for you to select. The Address and Postal Code fields will not auto-populate.
- An email verification code will be sent to the email address you provided within 10 minutes or less of selecting Create Account. This code is active for 1 hour from the time it hits your inbox. If you do not see the email after 10 minutes, check your spam folder. If you still have not received your code, please submit a ticket.

Where can I use my employer user account?
You can use your credentials to log into our school and university partners' career center platforms or to employer.12Twenty.com
What if I get an error that says my password does not meet the requirements?
Revisit the password requirements, highlighted above.
Why doesn't my Employer (Company) name show up in the drop-down list?
Congratulations - you are the first person to sign up for this Employer! (if you believe this is in error, please submit a ticket.
Will my Employer (Company) address auto-populate?
It will not, you will need to enter your company's address. In the "City" field specifically, US addresses are formatted as "City - State" and will provide drop-down options for you to select. Note that the "Address" and "Postal Code" fields will not auto-populate.
What if I don't receive the email verification code?
Once you submit the Employer Sign-Up form, a four-digit code will be generated and sent to the email address you provided. If you still have not received the code 10 minutes after submitting the form, select resend email. If you do not receive the second email, please submit a ticket.
What if I get an error that my account already exists?
Reach out to us at support.12Twenty.com. We can perform a search to determine which site instance your account is located on and reset your password.
