This article is intended for University Admins and can be used to bulk email students on an OCI schedule in the event of unplanned changes.
When schedule changes happen unexpectedly in an active OCI and you need to communicate with your students in bulk, use the following steps to send a mass email:
Make the appropriate changes to the OCI (such as updating the meeting url or adding a new room)
Once you have made your changes, from the schedule tab of your OCI, select all the students on the schedule by clicking the checkbox to the left of the "Interview Time" column
Open the "room actions" menu on the right of your screen and select "email applicants"
