Changing Your Password on 12Twenty - All Users

This article explains how Career Center Users, Admins, Students, Alumni and Employers can change their password. Please note, these instructions do not apply to your Single-Sign On (SSO) service provided by your University, organization, or employer.

To change your password while logged into the site instance, you may do so by following these easy steps:  

 


Student and Alumni users

  1. Select your name on the bottom of the homepage, and then select Account Settings

  2. Select the Edit icon to the right of the password

  3. An Edit Password modal will appear. Create a new password that meets the requirements, confirm the password, and select Save

Career Center and Admin Users

 

  1. Select your name on the bottom of the homepage, and then select Account Settings

  2. Select the Edit icon to the right of the password

  3. An Edit Password modal will appear. Create a new password that meets the requirements, confirm the password, and select Save

Employer Users

  1. Select your name on the bottom of the homepage, and then select Account Settings

  2. Select the Edit icon to the right of the password

  3. An Edit Password modal will appear. Create a new password that meets the requirements, confirm the password, and select Save
