At 12twenty, we want to ensure that your information is always correct and your profile shows up-to-date information about your name and pronouns at all times. You can update your name and pronouns any time you are using In-App Video.
Note: You may need to update your information each meeting, especially if you have closed and re-opened In-App Video. Your updated information will not carry over.
From the Lobby and Preview Window
If you have opened In-App Video and you have joined the lobby, the video preview screen will be available on the right side of your screen. From here, you can update your camera, microphone, and speaker settings.
To update your name and add pronouns, please use the following workflow:
- Select the three-dot more button on the right side of the preview window
- Select Change Name
- Add your updated information
- Confirm your entry by clicking Change name
From Within the Meeting Room
If you did not update your name or pronouns while in the Lobby, you can still update your information -- don't worry!
- Select the three-dot more button at the top right side of the meeting window
- Select Change Name
- Add your updated information
- Confirm your entry by clicking Change name
