To log into the platform, students must be added to the platform first by an administrator. Then, students must sign up before logging in for the first time. After signing up, you can use your email address and case-sensitive password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character.
Signing Up
To sign up for an account, please visit {siteinstance}.12twenty.com and click "Sign up for an account". You must sign up before you can use the platform.
Forgot Password
If you have forgotten your password select the "Forgot Password?" link below the Log In button. You will only be able to reset your password if you've signed up previously.
On the next page enter your email address and select Send. A password reset link will be sent to your email account.
If you are still having trouble, contact your Career Center to have them manually reset your password for you.

Why didn't I receive my password reset email?
If you didn't receive a password reset email, it's possible that you have not signed up for an account yet. Please return to the student login page and try signing up for an account instead.
Why did I receive an error that my email address or ID does not exist?
If you receive this error, check to ensure your email address is spelled correctly. If it is, reach out to your career center to ensure that your email address matches the email they have for you in the system.
