The Email Template module on 12twenty allows Career Center Users to quickly send template emails to Students, Alumni, and Contacts.
Email templates can be used throughout the 12Twenty platform, wherever admin users may email students or employer users. Templates are a great way to save time and avoid needing to re-write emails you commonly send from the platform.
Please note: For "Email Templates" to be available in the Student and Contact directory, you must first create your template and select the proper recipient by following the instructions in this article:
Template Emails for Contacts

To set up email templates for the Contacts module, you must first create an Email Template with the 'Recipient Type' set as 'Employer' and save it. Once you have created the email template, you will be able to select it under the 'Contacts' module. If you are unable to find this option, please check your current package to ensure it includes the necessary functionality.

Navigate to the "Contacts" module, and apply filters to drill down to your intended audience (e.g. "Is Primary Contact = Yes"). Select the "Action" button, then select "Email Contacts in Results"

On the Send Email window that appears, select the "Template" picklist to view your employer email templates. Selecting an email template will automatically fill in the "Subject" and "Body" of the email. Make any needed additions/edits, and select "Send."
Template Emails for Students & Alumni

Navigate to the Students & Alumni Directory, and apply filters to drill-down to your intended audience (e.g.). Select the "Action" button, then select "Email Students in Results."
