- Navigate to the Data Upload Tools page by selecting Site Management, then Data Uploads

- Add your data into the template, making sure to leave the column headers unchanged. The unique identifier used in the Contact Upload & Update Tool is Email Address.
- Save the template file. Be sure to keep the CSV file format
-
Upload the document by selecting + New Upload on the Data Upload Tools page, select Contacts for Type, and select Update Existing for Upload Method

Once the data uploads it will be tagged as either Success or Invalid. If the download was invalid, it was likely missing the unique identifier, the wrong CSV was used, or the wrong upload method was selected.
-
If the data you need to update is to remove a field from a data field in bulk, you can enter (null) as the value in the cell. This will remove the data that is entered in the contact's profile.
