This article covers the quick, final steps to create and download your complete compliance report. Follow these steps once your data has been checked and your class roster is final.

1. Running the Report on Your Screen
Once you have cleared all student profile errors, fixed data conflicts, and verified important student dates, you are ready to build the final tables.
- Click the Reports tab on your left-hand menu.
- Select Standard Reports.
- Click on the specific compliance report link that matches your program type (such as Full-Time MBA, Part-Time MBA, or Specialty Master's).
The system will automatically read your live data and display the compliance tables directly on your screen.
2. Downloading the Complete CSV Document
To pull the entire report into a single file for final review and submission, you should export it to a spreadsheet.
- Find and click the button labeled Generate and Export Complete Report at the top of your report screen.
- A configuration window titled "Generate and Export Full-Time MBA Employment Reports" will pop up.
- Fill out the dropdown boxes in the pop-up window to match your target group:
- Grad Year & Grad Term: Choose the specific graduation year and academic timeframe you are auditing.
- Program & Joint Degree: Choose a specific degree track or select All to include everyone.
- Industries/Functions: Select your preferred data mapping standard (your school's custom picklist or the standard compliance categories).
- Click the Generate Report button in the bottom right corner of the pop-up window.
The system will automatically adjust all student details to match your chosen graduation parameters and download the finalized CSV workbook to your computer.
