This article will detail the two ways an administrators can change a student's graduation term.

Change Graduation Term from the Student's Profile
1. Navigate to the Students & Alumni tab on the left side of your screen to go to the Student Directory. You'll then search for the student you are looking to update by typing their name or student ID in the search bar and clicking Enter. Click the student's name in the results and it will bring you to that student's profile page.
2. Once on the student's profile page, click on the Home tab, if not already.
3. Then scroll down to the Education section, click on the three action dots, and click edit.
4. A pop up box will appear where you can update the student's Graduation Term. Then click Save.
Change Graduation Year from Manage Users
To update the student's graduation year from Manage Users, navigate to Site Management in the bottom left hand corner of the screen and click the arrow to get more options. Select Manage Users from the list.
Then choose Students & Alumni and find the student you wish to edit. Then click the three action dots across from the student's name and choose Edit.
A pop up box will appear with the student's information. Scroll down to Graduation Term and choose the appropriate term. Click Save. The student's graduation date has been updated.
