Contact Activities

The Activities tab of the contact profile page stores all Notes, Tasks, and Meetings associated with the contact. 

Admins can use the Action button located on the top right of a contact’s profile page to perform the following:


  • Add Note: Notes are stored in the Activities tab as well as the Notes tab on the contact’s profile page. To learn more about how to create a note, click here
  • Add Task: To add a task that is associated with this contact, select “Create Task”. Enter the details, then select “Save.”


  • “Meeting”: To add a meeting with the contact, select “Meeting.” Enter the meeting information, then click “Save.”
