This article covers how to track contact-level attendance for career fairs, enabling administrators to manage participation at the individual contact level, similar to student attendance tracking, while also gaining improved reporting capabilities.

Career Fairs now include:
- A Contacts tab listing all primary & additional employer contacts registered for the fair.
- Ability for admins to mark contacts as Attended using a simple checkmark toggle.
- Expanded reporting through the updated Job Fair Employer Registrations report.
- Enhanced Event Company Registration details showing associated contacts.
Contacts Tab
Admins can view all employer contacts registered for the fair. This tab is only visible to admin users.
Features include:
- Columns: Contact (linked to contact profile), Employer (linked to employer profile), Registration Status, and Attended
- Filters: Contact, Employer, and associated career fair registration filters
- Attendance Tracking and an associated "Attended" filter
- Message – email an individual contact
- Export contact list & Message All / Message (n)
Attendance Tracking
Select the checkmark icon to mark a contact as attended. Select the same icon again to remove the green checkmark/set the contact as not attended.
- Grey checkmark = Not Attended
- Green checkmark = Attended
Reporting on Attendance
The custom Job Fair Employer Registrations report now includes:
- A new, column/filter: Employer Attended (Yes/No)
- Yes → At least one contact attended
- No → No contacts attended
How to add a new Contact attending an Event
