Creating and using Schedule Templates allows you to save time if you frequently use similar schedules for employers coming to campus for On-Campus Interviews (OCI) or frequently manage Virtual/Hybrid Schedules for Interviews.

Creating Schedule Templates
- From the Schedule tab of an OCI, select + Add Schedule(s) to bring up the Schedule Building Tool.
- Select Create your own schedule
- Start and End Time
- Breaks
- Duration of Slots in minutes or the total Number of Slots
- Time Between Slots in minutes
- Number of Rooms needed for the Interview Schedule
- Students Per Slot -- use a value larger than 1 for group interviews
- Select Room Actions and navigate to Save Schedule as Template
- Name the Schedule and Save
Using Existing Templates
- From the Schedule tab of an OCI, select + Add Schedule(s) to bring up the Schedule Building Tool.
- Select Use Schedule Template
- Choose a Template and how many rooms with the template need to be created
- Save
Editing Schedule Template
- Follow the directions above for “Using Existing Templates.”
- After creating a Schedule using a Schedule Template, make any changes to the schedule.
- Once changes have been made, use the Room Actions button to Save Schedule as Template
- Select Save as Existing Template to overwrite the original Schedule Template

Are there pre-configured OCI Schedule Templates already available on my 12twenty Site?
No, there are no pre-configured OCI Schedules.
I overwrote a Schedule Template, can I still recover the original?
No, once overwritten, a Schedule Template's original configuration cannot be recovered.
Are Schedule Templates required?
No, Custom Schedules can be created for any OCI.
Why am I unable to delete a schedule template?
You will not be able to delete a schedule template if it has been used. It can only be deleted if it is not associated with anything. To find what it is tied to you can run a custom "Job Postings" report and filter for the specific schedule template you are looking for using the filter "Interview Schedule Template". Additionally, "Select All" for the "Job Status" filter to ensure you are checking for the template on all job postings regardless of status.
