What does “Employed - Undeterminable” mean for ABA Reporting?

On the ABA Employment Status report, Employed - Undeterminable refers to a graduate who is employed, but there is insufficient information available to determine into which categories the position should be placed.

Students will show as Employed - Undeterminable if the student’s reported outcome has no Employment Requirement

An Employment Requirement of Bar Admission Required/Anticipated, JD Advantage, Professional Position, or Other Position must be selected to avoid an Employed - Undeterminable Status

Pro-tip: To find students missing an employment requirement value, create a Custom Outcome Report and filter for “Employment Requirement ≠ Select All” to exclude all outcomes that have employment requirements.
