On 12twenty, the default setting for how long each graduating class will have access to Outcome Surveys is May 31st of the year following graduation. For Alumni ODA, the Work Experience Survey will become available on May 31st of the year following graduation. Additionally, on May 31st of the year following graduation, Student Users will convert to "Alumni Access" and may lose access to modules like Events, Appointments, and Job Listings. If you need to extend Outcome Survey access for a graduation class, please contact 12twenty Support by submitting a ticket.
Since Graduation Dates vary between institutions, navigate to the Site Settings page by selecting Settings from the left-hand navigation menu. Select Graduation Dates to view the specific dates for your institution.
