Admins are able to report on many aspects of the Experiential Learning module, including the information from the forms sent to students and employers. Some aspects that can be reported on include the status and type of the Experience, the Employer, and the total number of hours. You can even report on custom attributes, if they are set to filterable.
Reporting on Experiential Learning (Admin)
Career Center Admins are able to report on student’s Experiential Learning via the Custom Reports, where reports can be run for attributes such as:

Experiential Learning Status (Draft, Pending Initial Approval, Completed, etc…)

Type of Experiential Learning
-
Total hours
-
Employer
- Custom Attributes in Experiential Learning and on the Experiential Learning Forms
To create the report, click on Custom Reports -> Create New Report and scroll to Experiential Custom Forms of Experiential Learning
You can dictate any applicable filters and columns of data you wish to display. Be sure to click Save after creating the report, if you would like to revisit it. Otherwise, the report will be lost once you navigate off the page. You can also Export the report to Excel.
To make a custom attribute filterable, you will need to set the the Permissions and Visibility to Filterable = "Yes". To do this, navigate to Site Settings -> Experiential Learning -> Attributes and select the attribute you wish the make filterable. Scroll down to the Permissions and Visibility section and toggle to "Filterable" button to "On".
