This article explains how to configure reporting site settings, including options for classifying unreported students and determining which job outcomes—such as unapproved, rumor, or exchange student jobs—are included in reports.

Locating Reporting Site Settings
- Select Settings from the left-hand navigation panel and select Site Settings
- Select Reporting under Outcome Data and Analytics
Reporting Options for Unreported Students
This setting allows schools to determine how they would like to classify students who have not reported an outcome. Use the drop-down menu to change this setting for all Unreported Students to either Unreported Search Intentions or Seeking Employment Status.
- Unreported Students: Refers to the students that have not reported an outcome and have not signed up for 12Twenty.
- Unreported Search Intentions: These students will be classified as their own status indicating they have not reported an outcome.
- Still Seeking: These students will be counted along with other students as "Still Seeking, (No Received Offers.)"
Reporting Options
The Reporting Options setting controls how Custom and 12twenty Reports will calculate their results for specific types of outcomes and students.
Include Unapproved Jobs in reporting, metrics, admin tools, and student tools: Admins can check the box to allow Unapproved Job Outcomes to be included in reporting. Unchecking the box excludes Unapproved Jobs from reporting.
Include Rumor Jobs in Reporting: Admins can check the box to include Rumor Job Outcomes entered by admin users on behalf of the student, to be included in reporting. Unchecking the box excludes Rumor Job Outcomes from reporting. Click here to learn more about rumor jobs.
Include Exchange Students in Reporting: Admins can check the box to include the Job Outcomes reported by exchange students in reporting. Unchecking the box excludes exchange student Job Outcomes from reporting.
