Student Calendar

This article provides an overview of the Student Calendar, a page accessible to students/alumni & admins that displays all 12twenty calendar events (booked appointments, registered events, and scheduled interviews) for a single student/alumni user.


Note: If the Student Calendar is not displayed on your platform, please reach out to support@12twenty.com for assistance in enabling this page for users.


Admin View of a Student Calendar

  1. To access a student/alumni user's calendar, navigate to their profile and use the More dropdown to select Calendar.
  2. From the My Calendar page, admins will see the following in a calendar format:
    • A student's booked appointments with career advisers,
    • events they are registered for, and
    • OCIs for which they have confirmed interviews.

  1. To access their calendar, students can select the My Calendar option from the left hand navigational panel, or select All Calendar Events from the My Calendar tile on their homepage dashboard.            
  2. From the My Calendar page, students will see the following in a calendar format:
    • Booked appointments with career advisers,
    • events they are registered for, and
    • OCIs for which they have confirmed interviews. 


Navigating the Student Calendar

  1. Users can toggle between a List view, as well as a Month, Week or Day calendar view via the upper right hand corner's View dropdown. 
  2. User can move through the calendar via the Today button and the left/right arrows, or select a date via the calendar icon. 
  3. The student calendar is largely a view-only experience, but users can select a calendar event to view further details on the appointment, event, or OCI selected. 
  4. To add an event to an external calendar (Google, Outlook or Apple), select the Date and Time displayed. 
  5. Users can also select the link (e.g. view appointment) provided at the bottom of the window to be taken to the event within the appropriate module. In this example, the user would be taken to the Appointments module, where further actions can be taken.
