Student Calendar

This article provides an overview of the Student Calendar, a page accessible to students/alumni & admins that displays all 12twenty calendar events (booked appointments, registered events, and scheduled interviews) for a single student or alumni user.

Admin View of a Student Calendar

To access a student/alumni user's calendar, navigate to the Student Profile select Calendar from the tabs along the bottom of their headline:

From the "My Calendar" page students will see the following in a calendar format:

  • Booked appointments with career advisers
  • Events they have registered for
  • OCIs for which they have confirmed interviews

Students can access their calendar by selecting the "My Calendar" option from the left-hand navigational panel or by selecting "All Calendar Events" from the "My Calendar" tile on their homepage dashboard:

From the "My Calendar" page students will see the following in a calendar format:

  • Booked appointments with career advisers
  • Events they have registered for
  • OCIs for which they have confirmed interviews

 


 

Navigating the Student Calendar

Navigating the student calendar works the same for both Admins and Students, you can find the various navigation options below.

  • Users can toggle between a List view as well as Month, Week, or Day calendar views via the upper right hand corner drop-down menu:


  • Users can move through the calendar via the "Today" button and the left/right arrows located below the "My Calendar" title or by selecting a date via the calendar icon:


  • The student calendar is mostly a view-only experience. Users can select a calendar event to view additional details on the appointment, event, or OCI selected:


  • To add an event to an external calendar (Google, Outlook or Apple), select the Date and Time displayed:


  • After selecting an event, OCI, or appointment, users can also select the link (e.g. View Appointment Details) provided at the bottom of the window to be taken to the event within the appropriate module. In this example, the user would be taken to the Appointments module where further actions can be taken:

 


 

Frequently Asked Questions

Should admins be able to see the interviews on student calendars before students are notified?
No, student schedules are not populated on calendars until notifications are sent.
