🥳 New Features/Improvements

Payments

Transact is now supported as a payment processor! Admins can select Transact when creating or managing payment methods, alongside existing payment processor options. To learn more about managing payment methods and get started with Transact, review our Payments documentation.

image001.png

Events

A new "Employer-Defined Events" setting is now available! When enabled, employers can specify all event details required for approval (e.g. event date and time, registration dates, and attendee limits) directly on the event request form, rather than submitting event preferences. This enhancement helps ensure event requests include all the information needed for approval from the start, accelerating the admin review and approval process.

Student Employment

Admins can now convert job postings between standard jobs and student employment postings! New "Convert to Student Employment" / "Convert to Standard Job" actions make it easy to reclassify job postings as needed, helping ensure opportunities are managed in the appropriate module without the need to recreate the posting.

Email Studio

Admins can now access the Email Studio File Manager directly from the Email Templates page! When Email Studio is enabled, use the new "Email Studio File Manager" button to open and manage hosted files without first launching Email Studio.

Email Studio now automatically incorporates your platform's branding colors! When launching Email Studio, the default button background color and link color are pre-populated using your site's configured branding colors.

Employer User Sign Up

The "Share my email with candidates" option is now unchecked by default during employer user sign up. Employers can still choose to enable email sharing, but the default setting now requires an explicit opt-in.

⚠️ Upcoming Deprecations – Action Required by 7/1/26

We’re preparing to deprecate several legacy features—Research Tools, Legacy Appointment Settings, and Legacy Outcome Site Settings—on July 1, 2026. These have already been replaced with more powerful, flexible solutions, including Job IQ Explorer and new configuration-based settings for appointments and outcomes.

To avoid disruption, we recommend transitioning to the new experiences ahead of the deadline. Step-by-step guidance and feature overviews are available here.

To learn more about the upcoming transition, check out our recent webinar that covers how to enable and configure the new site settings for Appointments and Outcome Surveys!

đź›  Fixed

  • API — Resolved an issue that prevented the OwnerID query parameter from being applied correctly on the Notes endpoint. Queries that include an OwnerID filter now return only notes associated with the specified owner, as expected.
  • Resume Books — Resolved an issue that caused downloaded resume book PDFs to display a numeric file name instead of the associated resume book or job posting title.
  • Events — Restored the required field indicator for the Student Publish Date when creating or editing events, ensuring required fields are clearly identified for admin users.
  • Kiosk — Resolved an issue that could prevent eligible multiple enrollment students from checking in to events when a linked profile did not meet the event's eligibility requirements. Eligible students can now successfully check in as expected.
  • Outcomes — Resolved an issue that required admins to refresh the page after approving or unapproving an outcome before the updated approval status was displayed. Outcome statuses now refresh automatically and reflect changes immediately.
  • Standard Reports (NALP) — Resolved an issue that caused the Gender 2 column on NALP survey exports to appear blank for students with a free-text value submitted for How do you describe your gender. The export now correctly includes the student's Gender Description value.

🥳 New Features/Improvements

Tasks

• Tasks has an all-new look and feel! The updated Tasks list page now includes a clean, modern design, enhanced filtering experience, and a new summary column for improved visibility.

• Tasks now open in a dedicated slideout form, creating a more streamlined workflow when viewing and managing task details. Task Descriptions now support rich text formatting!

• More Tasks enhancements are coming soon, including customizable task reminders and the ability to mention coworkers using @mentions!

OCI

OCI Rounds can now be properly archived! Archived OCI Rounds are hidden from the “OCI Round” filter across the platform for students, admins, and employers, helping keep OCI filters clean and relevant. Archived rounds remain visible on individual OCI records and custom report results for accurate historical reporting.

To archive a past OCI Round, navigate to the OCI Rounds tab of the OCI & Job Listing site settings page.

Students

Emails sent to candidates through the 12twenty Global Candidate Search now include a one-click unsubscribe option! This allows students and alumni to opt out of future communications from a specific employer directly from the email notification. After unsubscribing, candidates are shown a confirmation page confirming they will no longer receive emails from that employer. This unsubscribe functionality applies only to communications sent through Global Candidate Search and does not impact emails or notifications sent from other areas of the platform.

Students can manage their full communication opt-out list from the Notifications tab of Account Settings, including the ability to remove specific employers and resume communications.

Accessibility

General accessibility improvements:

- Improved sign-up links so they are easier to identify visually, and open in a new tab.
- Updated the sign-up "City" field to use valid autocomplete behavior.
- Improved page behavior when users zoom or reflow content by preventing sticky widgets from blocking the interface on smaller layouts.

Resume Books

Browser tab titles for Resume Books now display the unique Resume Book name, making it easier to navigate when working across multiple open tabs.

🥳 New Features/Improvements

Appointments

We’ve added more granular control over Post-Appointment Survey visibility! A new “View All Post-Appointment Surveys” user role permission gives admins more control over access to post-appointment survey responses. When enabled, admins can view all survey responses across appointments. When disabled, admins will only see the Post-Appointment Survey tab for appointments where they are the assigned career advisor, and the survey tab will be hidden for all other appointments.

Accessibility

We made a broad set of accessibility improvements across navigation, forms, dialogs, and interactive elements to create a clearer experience for keyboard and assistive technology users.

Navigation and labels
• Updated login page logos so screen readers announce more descriptive organization names instead of generic image text. This gives users clearer context as soon as they arrive on the sign-in page.
• Added a clearer accessible label to the Copy Email button on profile pages. This helps screen reader users understand exactly what the button does.
• Improved visible keyboard focus on side navigation expand and collapse controls. Users navigating without a mouse can now more easily tell which navigation control is selected.
• Added an accessible label to the mobile show or hide navigation button. This makes the mobile menu easier to identify and use with assistive technology.
• Made global navigation submenu buttons more descriptive so repeated controls no longer sound identical to screen readers. Each submenu control now provides clearer context about the section it affects.
• Improved dashboard tile options menus with more specific accessible labels. This helps users distinguish which tile menu they are opening.
• Adjusted focus ring spacing so focused links and buttons remain readable when navigating by keyboard. This makes active elements easier to see without obscuring their text.
• Improved keyboard navigation for address links that were not consistently reachable before. Users can now move through these interactive items more reliably without a mouse.

Forms and validation
• Improved advanced form inputs so labels, required states, and custom form controls are communicated more consistently to assistive technology. This makes complex fields easier to understand and complete.
• Expanded keyboard accessibility and labeling across admin screens, including buttons, checkboxes, toggles, and standard form controls. These updates make common admin actions more usable for keyboard and screen reader users.
• Standardized how required fields are identified in forms so expectations are clearer before submission. This helps users better understand which information must be entered.
• Added clearer validation messaging for required fields instead of relying on color changes alone. Users now receive more direct guidance on what needs to be corrected.
• Improved focus behavior when new follow-up questions appear based on a user’s answer. Keyboard and screen reader users are now guided more reliably to newly added required questions.

Tooltips and dialogs
• Improved help tooltip behavior so important instructional text is communicated more reliably to assistive technology. This makes contextual guidance easier to access for screen reader users.
• Made image upload requirement guidance more available to assistive technology users. File type and upload expectations are now easier to discover without relying on hover behavior alone.
• Improved modal and dialog accessibility by refining focus behavior and clarifying close controls. Users can now enter, understand, and exit dialogs more predictably with keyboard and screen readers.

Navigation

Browser tab titles have been updated across Employer, Contact, Job Posting, and Event detail pages to display the relevant name, making it easier to navigate when multiple tabs are open! Browser tabs now display as the Employer Name, Contact Full Name, Job Title, or Event Title, providing clearer context at a glance.

Schedule Templates

Admins can now delete schedule templates that are not in use by an active or upcoming career fair!

🥳 New Features/Improvements

Employer Search

Employer search has been improved by intelligently parsing employer names, incorporating aliases, and prioritizing the most relevant terms. This update helps return more relevant results in Employer Directory quick search and supports more intuitive autocomplete behavior, including better matching for exact names, aliases, acronyms, and normalized company names.

On the Employer directory, users can now more easily find an employer when searching, for example:
  • Exact company name matching is more reliable, ensuring direct matches are consistently returned when the full name is entered (e.g., typing “Amazon.com Inc” correctly matches “Amazon” even with formatting differences)
  • Three-letter acronyms in parentheses (e.g., “BCG”) are now searchable and return the correct company (e.g., searching “BCG” finds “Boston Consulting Group (BCG)”)
  • Alias-based searching now returns the correct company even when the official name is not used (e.g., searching “Facebook” correctly returns “Meta”)
  • More accurate matching on partial company names, improving which employers are returned without changing overall result ordering logic (e.g., searching “Apple” now correctly includes “Apple” without being impacted by noise from “Applebee’s” or “Crabapple Inc.”)
  • Special characters (&, hyphens, apostrophes, domains like .com) are normalized so searches work without exact formatting (e.g., “ATT” or “AT&T” all match the same company)

These improvements also apply to the employer name autocomplete:
  • More accurate matching on partial company names, with the most relevant results ranked higher as users type (e.g., typing “App” quickly surfaces “Apple” before “Applebee’s”)
  • Alias-based searching works in autocomplete, returning strong matches as users type (e.g., typing “Face” surfaces “Meta” due to the “Facebook” alias)
  • Three-letter acronyms in parentheses (e.g., “BCG”) are now supported in autocomplete (e.g., typing “BCG” immediately suggests “Boston Consulting Group (BCG)”)
  • Special characters (&, hyphens, apostrophes) are normalized in autocomplete, so users don’t need exact formatting (e.g., typing “ATT” still suggests “AT&T”)

This makes it easier to find the right employer record even when users search with common variations of a company name.

Standard Reports (MBA CSEA)

All updates to the CSEA reports have been finalized, and the following reports are now in line with the CSEA Revised Standards for the Graduating Class of 2026: CSEA Full-Time MBA, CSEA Part-Time MBA / Specialty Master's, & CSEA Full-Time Specialty Master's.

For a comprehensive overview on what’s changed in these reports, check out our "CSEA Class of 2026 Standards Updates" article.

Student Employer Tags

Admins can now extend the ability for students to "tag" employer records, allowing for helpful categorization and tracking!

When enabled, student users with Employer Directory access can apply and remove admin-managed tags to employers directly from the Employer Directory using single or bulk actions. Tagged employers can be easily filtered, and tags display as badges on employer profiles for quick visibility. Each student maintains their own unique set of tagged employers, making it easier to manage outreach and stay organized.

To get started using Student Employer Tags, toggle the new "Enable Student Employer Tagging" setting on the Employer Relations site settings page.

Then navigate to the Picklists tab to set up your tags via the "Student Employer Tags" picklist.

Once tags are created, students may apply those tags to employers via the Employer Directory.

From a student's perspective, tags applied to an employer display as badges when viewing the employer profile.

Mentorships

Manual admin matching is now supported by Mentorships! When running a mentorship program where admins assign mentee/mentor pairings, use the new Mentorships template available via the Data Upload Tool to upload those matches in bulk. The template requires the name of the applicable mentorship program, as well as the mentor and mentee for each match. All mentorship program settings are respected, and students/alumni must meet the criteria for the applicable program.

Once uploaded, mentorships are accessible immediately, and the Admin-Assigned Match notification is automatically sent to the new mentors and mentees.

Admins also have the option to exclusively match students manually via the above process, and prevent mentee populations from browsing/requesting mentors. To utilize this feature, edit your Mentorship Program to enable the "Admin-Assigned Matching Only" setting.

Job IQ Explorer

Job IQ Explorer now defaults to displaying the last five years of data using the Graduation Term filter, providing immediate access to more relevant insights. The Trends tile has been updated to use Graduation Class in place of Year of Accepted Offer for improved data consistency. Additionally, the Alumni page now includes all available alumni data, rather than only data released to students, and various help text and tab labels have been refined for greater clarity.

Step-by-step guidance and feature overviews are available here.

đź›  Fixed

  • Outcomes — Approving an outcome now auto-closes the outcome slideout preview and auto-refreshes the Outcomes list page in real time, removing the newly approved outcome from your pending approval results.
  • Appointments — Resolved an issue where users could book hybrid appointments without selecting a valid location after switching between In-Person and Virtual options when both were configured as “Select from a List.” The Preferred Location field is now properly required, ensuring users must select a location that matches their chosen appointment type before booking.
  • Career Fairs — Resolved an issue where students were able to cancel their registration for Career Fair events within the restricted withdrawal window defined in Event site settings. Cancelation restrictions are now properly enforced for all event types.
  • External Email Capture — Resolved an issue where EEC emails were removed from a student or contact profile after updating the user’s email address. EEC emails now remain associated with the original profile regardless of email address changes, ensuring consistent visibility of historical communications.
  • Employer Users — Resolved an issue where selecting “I am a University Employee” during employer sign-up via “Continue with Microsoft” did not apply the correct University Employee user role. Users who select this option during sign-up are now properly assigned the University Employee role.

Refreshes occur only when the kiosk is idle, preventing any disruption to active check-ins while keeping devices up to date.

Events

Student users with Club Tools (access to create events) can now configure Registration Surveys for their events! Previously limited to admin users, the Registration Survey section is now available on the event creation page for eligible student users.

  • Custom Reports – School Administrators can now move any custom report visible to them into or out of any accessible folder, regardless of who created the report or folder. When moving a report into a folder that is not visible to all users, a warning message will appear to prompt visibility review before completing the action.

  • API – Resolved an issue with the Cities endpoint where using the CountryId query parameter would return an error. The endpoint now correctly requires the Name parameter and supports additional filters including CountryId, StateId, and PostalCode, with new friendly error messaging to guide proper usage.

🥳 New Features/Improvements

Mentorships

Admins can now create individual mentorship matches directly from the Manage Mentorships page! A +New Mentorship button allows admins to quickly pair a mentor and mentee by selecting an active mentorship program and searching for eligible students. The system validates mentor/mentee eligibility, enforces active match limits, and prevents duplicate or invalid pairings. Once created, both the mentor and mentee receive an email notification letting them know they’ve been matched and directing them to view their mentorship details.

Mentorships

Admins can now cancel an existing mentorship pairing directly from the Manage Mentorships page. A new "Delete" action is available in the more actions menu only when a single mentorship record is selected, helping prevent accidental bulk deletions. Admins are prompted with a confirmation modal before proceeding, and once confirmed, the mentorship record is permanently deleted.

Appointments

We've expanded the Upcoming Appointment Limit Frequency options to give admins more flexibility when configuring appointment booking limits! In addition to the existing Weekly/All Time options, admins can now choose from additional time intervals – Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, and Year – when defining how many upcoming appointments a student can have. These intervals follow standard calendar periods (e.g. Month = the current calendar month, Year = January 1 through December 31), making it easier to manage appointment availability and enforce booking limit policies.

Candidate Search

We've removed the ability for employers to export a list of students from Candidate Search results. Employers may still search for candidates, view resumes, and download resume books as needed.

🛠️ Fixed

  • Events – Resolved an issue that prevented post-event surveys from displaying questions to students. In some cases, the survey page showed only the Submit button with no visible questions, preventing students from completing the survey and blocking submissions from being recorded. Survey questions now display correctly, allowing students to submit their feedback as expected.

  • External Email Capture – Resolved an issue where forwarded emails were not associating with a user’s profile if the user’s email address was not included in the To or CC fields of the forwarded message. Emails are now correctly associated with user profiles when captured via the inbound email address, even if the address only appears within the forwarded email thread.

  • External Email Capture – Resolved an issue where External Email Capture emails displayed on user profiles were not marked with a Delivered status. Successfully captured emails now correctly display as Delivered, aligning with expected behavior and documentation.

  • External Email Capture – Resolved an issue with External Email Capture where emails sent to multiple recipients displayed the first recipient’s email address on all associated user profiles. Captured emails now correctly display the appropriate recipient address on each user’s profile.

  • Attributes – Resolved an issue that caused customized student visibility settings to be applied to admins when student visibility was disabled. When an attribute’s student visibility setting is set to No, custom visibility settings are now ignored as expected, and a new message clarifies how student visibility settings impact admin access.
  • Attributes – Resolved an issue that prevented the privacy shield icon from displaying on some custom attributes when the attribute was configured as Not Shared. The shield icon now appears correctly, indicating when outcome attributes are protected and not shared with employers.
  • Employers – The employer edit form now consistently displays Save as the action button, regardless of employer status (pending or approved).
  • OCI – Resolved an issue that caused discrepancies between the Applicant Summary count and the Applicant Summary export within OCI Management. Students whose applications were tied only to deactivated jobs were previously excluded from the summary count but still included in the exported data.
  • OCI – Resolved an issue that prevented the Interviewer(s) substitution tag from populating in interview reminder notifications for students scheduled in virtual OCI interviews using 12twenty Video. The notification now correctly displays the assigned interviewer names.
  • Appointments – Resolved an issue that prevented admins from selecting another advisor’s Virtual Meeting URL when editing an appointment block created for that advisor.
  • Contacts – Resolved an issue on the Merge Suggestions page where the merge suggestions count and related suggestions were not updating after merging duplicate contacts. When a contact is merged, all associated merge suggestions are now removed immediately, the suggestion count updates correctly, and the page refreshes to the first page of results.
  • Emails – Resolved an issue that caused the Bounced Recipients button to appear on the Student Email Activity page. This option is now correctly restricted to admin users, preventing students from viewing or accessing the bounced recipients list.
  • Custom Reports – Resolved an issue in Activities Custom Reports where applying entity-specific filters (such as Note, Task, or Activity) could return results with blank values in related columns like Employer Contact or Note Type. Entity-specific filters now automatically exclude other entity types, ensuring reports return only relevant records and display populated values as expected.
  • Mentorships – Resolved an issue that prevented mentors from appearing in the Mentorship Directory for students who previously had an expired mentorship request with that mentor. Mentors are now displayed correctly in the directory after a request expires, allowing students to request them again.
  • Mentorships – Resolved an issue that prevented custom attributes in the Mentorships section of the student profile from appearing in the edit modal. These attributes now display correctly and can be edited by admins, and by students when the attribute is configured as editable.

🥳 New Features/Improvements

Outcome Survey Settings

The Outcome Survey Settings experience has been updated with an all-new v2 survey configuration. The days of clicking through each "Graduation Term" and/or "Program" combination are now gone. Additionally, for partners with "College/School," you can now configure surveys by that attribute as well!

The v2 section now appears directly on the Outcome Survey settings page, with clear "Legacy" and "New!" badges to distinguish between the two versions.

Just like the appointment settings updates, you can setup your new settings and migrate to the new version whenever you are ready- your existing configurations remain in place, and the new configuration can be setup. Once everything is good to go, simply enable "Enable New Outcome Settings" toggle.

Mentorships

The mentorship pairing summary card has been redesigned to more clearly represent the mentor-mentee relationship. The updated card now displays overlapping profile photos for both users, the mentorship program name, and clearly labeled "Mentee" and "Mentor" names — resolving an issue where mentees saw their own photo repeated across multiple active mentorships.

Communities

Students who are added to an invite-only community will now receive a dedicated welcome notification instead of a generic join request notification. The new "Invite-Only New Member" email confirms their membership and includes a direct link to access the community.

Eligibility

"Consolidated Undergraduate Major" has been added to the list of attributes that can be used when configuring eligibility settings, giving schools more precise control over which students are eligible for opportunities.

Magic Login Links

Email template authors can now customize the display text of the magic login link merge tag. Previously the link text was fixed; it can now be edited to say anything you'd like while still linking to the correct login URL.

đź›  Fixed

  • Mentorships — Resolved an issue that caused the "Completed Tasks" filter on the admin dashboard to revert to single-select. The filter now correctly supports multi-select as intended.
  • Job Postings — Resolved an intermittent error that could occur when saving OCI period notification settings, which may have prevented certain job posting configurations from saving correctly.
  • Job IQ / Job Analytics — Resolved an issue that could cause the Job Analytics page to return an error for some schools on page load.
  • Custom Reports — Resolved an issue where selecting "All Student Groups" in a custom report would incorrectly display an eligibility value of -1 instead of the expected results.
  • Job Postings — Resolved an issue that may occur when an employer attempts to view job postings shared with their company, which could result in a permissions error despite having the correct access level.
  • Appointments — Resolved an issue that could prevent students without a student group from successfully booking an appointment, even when the appointment block was otherwise available to them.
  • Students — Resolved an issue that could cause students to be created without the expected student group mapping record, which may have affected visibility in the student directory and custom reports for some schools.

🥳 New Features/Improvements

Attributes

We’ve introduced a new Campus attribute on the student profile! Schools with students across multiple campuses can now track campus location using this new multi-select picklist field within the Student Education section.

To utilize the new Campus attribute, navigate to the Attributes tab of the Students & Alumni site settings page, select the "Education" form, and enable Campus. Then head to the picklists tab and create your campus picklist values. Admins may then enable Campus as an eligibility field (e.g., for appointments, events, job postings) and include specific campus locations within Admin Group configurations.

Admin User Roles

We’ve added a new user role permission: OCI & Job Listing Settings. Nested under Access Site Settings, this permission allows users to access and manage only the OCI & Job Listing Settings page, without granting access to other areas of Site Settings. This enhancement provides more granular control over Site Settings access, ensuring users can manage OCI & Job Listing configurations while maintaining restricted access to the rest of the Site Management settings.

Site Settings

We’ve refreshed the look and feel of Site Settings! All standard checkbox settings across Site Settings pages have been updated to a modern toggle style for a more consistent and streamlined experience.

No functionality has changed as part of this update.

🛠️ Fixed

  • Outcomes – Resolved an issue where filters applied on the Outcomes list page persisted after navigating to Notifications > Outcomes, preventing the view from resetting to show outcomes pending approval. Selecting Notifications > Outcomes will now correctly reset filters and display outcomes with a pending approval status, as expected.

  • Mentorships – Added the missing {{MentorshipLinkModule}} merge tag to the Mentorship Request notification. If you are using the default (unedited) template, the merge tag has been appended to the notification body to ensure recipients can easily review the request via the platform. If you have previously customized this notification, the merge tag is now available to be added.
  • Appointments – Resolved an issue where legacy appointment duration settings continued to impact availability when the New Appointment Settings were enabled. Appointment availability now correctly reflects the active configurations, ensuring legacy duration settings no longer interfere.
  • Appointments – Resolved an issue where the waiting room was not being enforced for virtual Office Hours (walk-in) appointments hosted with 12twenty Video.
  • Events – Resolved an issue where schools logos were not appearing on generated QR Codes for event check-ins.
  • Events – Resolved an issue where students joining a 12twenty Video meeting from the Employers tab of a Career Fair were not automatically marked as attended. Attendance tracking has been corrected to ensure students are consistently marked as attended whenever they join a 12twenty Video meeting.
  • Job IQ Explorer – The “Outliers” filter has been removed from the Job IQ Explorer module.
  • Linkedin Import – Error messages generated during LinkedIn Import now display in a yellow notification banner styled to match the width of the outcome section. When multiple errors are present, they are formatted in a clear bullet-point list for improved readability.

🥳 New Features/Improvements

Kiosk

Schools can now store additional unique student identifiers to support kiosk check-in when a student ID card returns a value other than the Student ID.

Two new standard student attributes are now available: Digital ID #1 and Digital ID #2. These fields function as unique identifiers, allowing institutions to capture alternate ID values used by campus student ID cards or kiosk systems. Both attributes are editable and filterable by admins, and disabled by default. Digital IDs must be unique to each student user. These attributes are supported in the Data Upload Tool's student template and available via the API.

The 12twenty Kiosk now recognizes Student ID, Digital ID #1, or Digital ID #2 when matching a student during check-in.

Standard Reports (MBA CSEA)

The MBA CSEA reports have been updated with new naming in accordance with the updated standards for the Class of 2026.

  • CSEA Full-Time MBA (formerly MBA CSEA Full-Time Report)

  • CSEA Part-Time MBA / Specialty Master’s (formerly MBA CSEA Part-Time Report)

  • CSEA Full-Time Specialty Master’s (formerly MBA CSEA Specialty Masters Report)

🛠️ Fixed

  • LinkedIn Import – Resolved an issue that caused imported jobs to duplicate for some students. Additionally, students are now prompted to review and complete any missing required details before finalizing their imported experiences.

  • Data Upload Tool – Resolved an issue that caused judicial internship uploads to fail with a “Picklist option does not exist for picklist Clerkship Supervisor” error, even when the listed judge already existed. Outcomes uploads with existing judges now process successfully as expected.

🥳 New Features/Improvements

Employers

A new Auto-Approve Employers setting is now available! When enabled, newly created employers will be automatically approved by the system and added directly to your Employer Directory, bypassing the pending approvals queue. This setting is disabled by default, and is not retroactive (existing pending employers will not be auto-approved when enabled).

To enable auto-approval, navigate to the General tab of the Employer Relations site settings page.

A new Enable Employer Profile Sync Requests setting is also available on this page. When enabled, employer profile sync requests must be reviewed and approved by an admin. When disabled, employer profile sync requests will be automatically approved by the system.

Employer User Sign Up

We’ve streamlined the Employer sign-up experience, setting the stage for a future update which will allow you to collect additional information from employers during sign up and login.

Phone Number and Address fields have been removed from the initial employer sign-up page and moved to a required Survey on Login step.

After signing up, employer users are prompted to complete their required contact details. This prompt will continue to appear until all required contact fields have been submitted.

Outcomes

Continuing Education outcomes can now be shared in the Student Directory! Students pursuing additional education can now mark their Continuing Education outcomes as Shared, making them visible to peers within the Student & Alumni Directory.

Post Event Surveys

We've made it easier for you to view post-event survey results: the star rating will appear directly on the "Registered Students" tab, allowing you to easily view the entire survey in a slide out by clicking on the star rating.

🛠️ Fixed

  • Career Fairs – Resolved an issue that prevented emails from being sent when admins selected “Email All” or “Email Selected” from the Registered Employers tab of a Career Fair. Emails now send successfully and appear in Email Activity as expected.

  • Outcomes – Resolved an issue that caused compensation entered in a non-USD currency to display with a USD ($) symbol in Outcomes search results and filters. This incorrectly surfaced certain international salaries as Top/Bottom 10% outliers. Compensation values now correctly respect reported currency types.

🥳 New Features/Improvements

Mentorships

You can now create and manage multiple mentorship programs within your platform! This enhancement allows admins to configure distinct mentorship programs with their own settings, mentor/mentee populations, specific rules, and unique mentorship tasks. We've also introduced the ability to inactivate (pause) mentorship programs for the off-season.

This added flexibility makes it easier to support different mentoring initiatives, such as seasonal alumni mentoring, peer-to-peer mentoring, or targeted programs, all in one place. Click here to learn more about what's changed, and how to get started with setting up mentorship programs!

Email Activity

Admins can now resend emails to non-openers directly from Email Activity! For emails sent to multiple recipients, a new “Resend to non-openers” option is available from the email detail page, allowing admins to quickly follow up with those recipients who haven’t opened the original message.

This action can only be used once per email, is limited to User Generated emails, and is automatically disabled when all recipients have already opened the email.

Admin User Roles

Admin role permissions for user management are now more granular and flexible! A new "User Management" section has been added to admin user role permissions, allowing admins to independently manage the ability to edit user profiles, manage roles/groups, and impersonate for each user type.

Admin Users

Admin user search has been improved! The primary search on the Manage Users → Admins page now supports searching by both First Name and Last Name, making it faster and easier to find specific admins.

Job IQ Explorer

The Job Details tile of the Job IQ Explorer page has been enhanced with a new Job Titles tab!

Outcomes

Knowledge Source is now available across all job phases and outcome types! This update ensures more consistent and complete outcome tracking by adding the Knowledge Source field to all outcomes other than “No Information Available.”

For existing outcomes created by students that were missing this value, Knowledge Source has been automatically backfilled as Student Reported.

Picklists

We've improved the picklist merge experience by adding search to the “Merge Into” dropdown. Admins can now quickly search and select, making it easier to find the correct option without needing to scroll through the full list.

🥳 New Features/Improvements

Career Fairs

Admins are now able to host invite-only career fairs! A new “Invite-Only for Employers” field has been added below Employer Registration Dates. When enabled, only employers who have been invited (manually registered by an admin) will be able to view and access the career fair.

🛠️ Fixed

  • Appointments – Resolved an issue that allowed students to view and attempt to book appointment slots within the restricted booking window (per the Booking Cutoff setting). Students now only see appointments they are authorized to book based on configured lead time restrictions.

  • Students – Resolved an issue where the profile completion percentage briefly displayed as incomplete for students with fully completed profiles. The component now correctly hides the percentage bar when a student's profile is 100% complete.
  • Attributes – Resolved an issue that caused an irrelevant Program Type dropdown to appear under Permissions & Visibility settings for schools not utilizing program types. This dropdown has been removed when not relevant to prevent confusion.
